Yesterday we went to one of my dads friend she now owns a succsesful candy shop. it has almost all the camdy you can imaginek in just one store it is in windemere it is called a sweet sweets look them up they rock!!!

hyahhh said Brosden as he did a karate kick that went higher than his head ugh said Sofia as she did a cardio workout, woo went Bella as she did her 26th pull-up AHHHH said dad as he lifted really heavy weights.... evryone one was working out and sweating like crazy we would all be a fit family and now we shine like stars!!!!you should work out too but remeber take breaks!!!!! And drink lots of water!!!
